Interesting thing about the business name and not auto-filling the account domain name.  We used to auto-fill, but found that a lot of new customers didn&#039;t quite understand that they could could change that field as they progressed through the form.  Hence we ended up with customers creating accounts like http://my-business-name-is-really-long.worketc.com

Agree on starting to put more of an emphasis on verticals - though this is happening naturally to a degree, for example, we&#039;re huge in the SEM/SEO provider space.
